Waking up to a loud
light alarm clock
in the morning can be stressful and annoying. Instead of making you get out of bed, you groan, turn off the alarm and burrow under the covers. It's no wonder more and more people are turning to light alarm clocks to get them up in the morning.

Some brands offer clock models that also act as sunset simulators, helping you transition from bright light to dim lighting to encourage your body to wind down, relax, and go to sleep. Some other models offer extra features, such as a beeper you can set in case the light doesn't wake you up, white noise to mask background noise to help you sleep better, and FM radio tuners.
