Metra Foot01 Honda Civic Radio Install Kit 997899 $26.47 Overall this product is well made. The plastic feels very durable and it fit my 2001 Honda Civic perfectly. I have a Pioneer DEH6700MP deck. There are a few minor misgivings I have about the product: 1. My head unit isn't well supported and there is nothing to secure it in place like a metal sleeve that you typically see with other kits. As a result the CD player will be much more prone to skipping if you go over bumps. I had to fabricate some makeshift supports to prevent this from happening. It wasn't difficult to do just more of an inconvenience that this support wasn't built into the kit. 2. The bay for your head unit is slightly recessed so if you have a removable or retractable faceplate on your head unit there may not be enough clearance to fold down the faceplate if you have protruding buttons.
