01.

New skills for a new way of working

As part of the transformation program at Sancho BBDO, we restructured the operating and talent model of the organization to foster the adoption of a new collaborative, digital-first and agile way of working.

To achieve this goal we designed and launched an employee-centered knowledge management program focused on supporting employees with role-specific and career development skills through online and in-person courses.

Hard skills and soft core skills

02.

Throughout the whole program we prioritized three type of skills for every employee: hard skills (role specific technical knowledge); core skills (collaboration, agility, critical thinking, communication and leadership) and company-specific skills (principles, strategic tools and processes).

03.

A year-long journey for every employee

The program combined online, peer-to-peer and in-person courses organized around different formats.

  • Designed and delivered by the SanchoKnows team and outstanding employees.

  • Delivered through third-party online platforms like Crehana and CXL.

  • Through the support of new partnerships built with Google, Facebook, Microsoft and BBDO’s global program BBDO University

04.

A playful content universe

To communicate all the efforts related to the program, we developed a new brand: SanchoKnows. Our approach was focused on making our editorial, graphic and content efforts appealing, relatable and narrative-driven. Through these lenses we came up with a visual imaginary composed by different characters, forms and styles that enabled us to keep the knowledge experience fresh and creative.
